How
works
Paste a link from your site or Toast, or drop in a PDF or a photo of it. We read it and build your menu — dishes, prices, categories, the lot.
Film it yourself on a phone, have the marketing team you already work with upload straight into your dashboard, or ask us to arrange a shoot. Photos work too.
One menu behind your table QR, your TV screens and your link in bio. Schedule the seasonal menu for 6am Tuesday, or just say ‘86 the crab roe at 9pm’.

What their guests experience
29,864 guests used a PlatePost menu in the last 30 days
Over 200,000 guests have used our menus over 600,000 times.
“Oh VideoMenus!! That's a good thing. I hate when there's no pictures of the food so you don't really know what you're getting!”
“I'm such a visual person. This would 1000% help me when ordering food. Especially from places or cuisines I'm not familiar with!”
“Dude, I looked at PlatePost, that's literally genius! I'm a huge foodie and I'd definitely use that!”
“As someone who like to look at picture menus when deciding what to order, this would be a game-changer. Cool idea can't wait to see you build it out.”
“This is a game changing idea. There is not enough room on the menu to 'see' all of the food. Every local restaurant will benefit from this app.”
“This is actually so useful if restaurants had this.”
Priced for your restaurant.
Every restaurant is different. Book a short call and we’ll put together a plan that fits yours.
Everything you need to know.
They order through whatever you already use. Each dish carries a link straight to that item on your ordering platform, so a guest watching the short rib taps once and lands on it — no cart of ours in between, and nothing for you to reconcile.
Yes — if your guests are choosing from it rather than just reading it. A PDF is a picture of a menu: they pinch, zoom and squint. Ours plays the dish, reads in ten languages, and can be searched or filtered. Change a price, publish, and it's live — nothing to reprint.
We build your menu from a Toast, Square or Clover link on day one. If you're on Toast you can also switch on a weekly re-check, and anything that changed arrives as a draft you approve — nothing on your live menu moves without you. Square and Clover are import-only for now.
Yes. WYWH Coffee in Pomona reported 15% more sales on their higher-margin items, and Kei Coffee House saw over $4,000 in new revenue in their first month. How much it moves depends on the restaurant.
Whichever suits you. Film them yourself with our shot-by-shot guides, have the marketing team you already work with upload straight into your dashboard, have us build video from the photos you have, or get matched with a vetted local creator through the Creator Program.
No. Guests scan a QR code or tap a link and the full video menu opens in their browser. There is nothing to install.
Your menu takes about five minutes to stand up. Filling it with video depends on which path you pick. Self-filmed menus are usually live within a week.
A new way to show off your menu
With PlatePost, your guests experience something new. We’re the world’s first ever video menu. Guests order with confidence. They see every dish before they choose, read it in their own language, and ultimately feel taken care of and full of trust. You get a menu you’re proud to hand over.
